Update: If It's Broke, Fix It
Hello again! I'm still not quite ready to get going on the weekly blog posts but I certainly have been preparing. I've got the photography side of things organized, I've done a bit more reading (because that's what I do) about retirement life and I've made progress in my plans to have more structure to my days and weeks. I have finally finished all of the training to begin volunteering at ARCH (a residential community hospice here in the Sault) and wait for it... I just agreed to return to my former employment as an Occupational Therapist on a temporary casual basis. I know, I know, I gave up my license when I retired, swearing that I was DONE WITH OT for good (not that I didn't love the work that I did, just that I felt 31 years was enough). I always planned on finding part time or temporary jobs in fields of interest that didn't require the same brain power and energy as my career did but OT was out. Never say never or you'll have to eat your words....
